It’s hard to believe that we are graduating our 9th cohort of LeadingAge California’s leadership development program. EMERGE has been a catalyst for individuals who are seeking to transform their leadership skills to successfully lead highly engaged and innovative organizations, and the EMERGE Class of 2020 is no exception! The fellows have developed and exhibited leadership skills and abilities that will enable them to bring distinction to their sponsoring organizations, to LeadingAge California, and to the field of aging services. This graduating class has met the missions, vision, and values of the EMERGE program.
