On May 8, 2019 hundreds of affordable senior housing advocates converged on that nation’s capitol to support funding for the HUD 202 program.
Featured speakers included Senator Tim Kane (D-VA), Congresswoman Katie Hill (D, CA-25), Congressman Lacy Clay (D, MO-1), as well as affordable senior housing providers, residents, families and supporters.
“I am ready, willing and able to help you!” said Congressman Clay. “I am going to demand that we restore affordable housing for low income Americans.”
