CCLD Releases Q&A on Temporary Managers

The California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division has released PIN 19-13-ASC, which provides questions and answers dealing with the application and appointment process of temporary managers.

DSS-CCLD can appoint a temporary manager to protect the health and safety of residents pursuant to Section 1546.1(a) of the Health & Safety Code. The Q&A answers the questions in the following areas:
